Your Program

  • As a first step in your Healthspan journey, contact us to schedule a free initial consultation. During this first session, we’ll learn more about your goals and discuss what you’re hoping to achieve. This is also an opportunity for you to tour the facility and ask any questions. No pressure or commitments, just a chance to learn more and make sure we’re the right fit for you. From there, we’ll discuss the range of options and approaches for your goals, as well as pricing, and start to build your personalized program.

  • To help measure progress and provide insight into how to best achieve your goals, we’ll start with some assessments and diagnostics. These will vary for everyone based on your plan and preferences, and typically include a DEXA body composition scan, resting metabolic rate (RMR) test, heart rate measurements, functional movement assessments, and a nutrition baseline. If it aligns with your goals and stage of training, we’ll also include a VO2 max assessment. Our priority is your safety and comfort to start at the right level of training and progression.

  • This is where the progress happens! Your training plan will include a combination of small group strength and conditioning sessions, individual nutrition coaching, a personalized recovery plan, and regular check-ins to discuss progress and any changes you’d like to incorporate. Throughout your training we’ll discuss each component of the program, including adequate recovery through sleep coaching and stress management, any concerns from annual physicals or visits to your primary care provider, and other aspects of your health to ensure an integrated and comprehensive plan for you. Our program meets you where you’re at, incorporating incremental change over time to ensure progress while also making each adjustment sustainable over the long term.

  • Every individual responds differently to exercise, nutrition, and recovery. We’ll track your progress and results to make any adjustments, helping you more effectively reach and sustain your goals. Our training includes regular checkpoints and repeating assessments, so that you can see and feel the progress over time. Healthspan Training is designed for long-term goals that will maximize quality of life for years and decades to come.

  • BOLDT stands for “Because our lifestyle demands training.” Since its founding in 2020, BOLDT Athletics has grown into a powerhouse for strength and sports performance development, proudly serving local athletes. BOLDT’s training approach includes team training, youth athlete clinics, group classes, and personal training. Healthspan Training operates in the same space as BOLDT, allowing us to serve both of our memberships with the most comprehensive set of expert coaching, services, and programs possible. Every Healthspan member has access to BOLDT’s full facility and strength and conditioning classes.

  • Yes! We offer a mix of small group classes, semi-private, and private personal training. The format varies based on the particular service and your goals, so there’s something for everyone.

  • Our goal is to provide a comprehensive set of health coaching and training services all in one location. For any services we don’t provide on-site, we partner with a number of local companies that offer referral discounts just for our members. If you’re interested in something specific, feel free to get in touch with us.

  • That’s great! If you already have a gym you love, no need to switch. Healthspan Training offers individual services and membership options that can add nutrition coaching, custom health guides, assessments, recovery, or additional training plans that you can use with your existing membership.
