At Healthspan Training, we provide a comprehensive set of health coaching services all in one location. Everything we do is driven by your goals and rooted in data and evidence-informed practice. Our coaching focuses on you as a complete individual and all of the interconnected systems that affect your health and wellness.
We are co-located and housed at BOLDT Athletics, providing our members with the highest quality programs that include resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition coaching, assessments, recovery resources, and a place to build community connection. Through our Healthspan partner network, you also have access to even more services like biomarker blood testing, hormone optimization, pilates, yoga, and mobility and massage therapy.

Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition, and Conditioning Coach (CPT, CNC, CCC)
Austin Long is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and conditioning coach who spent nearly two decades guiding executives and teams through data-driven learning, assessment, and organizational transformation in the corporate and non-profit sectors. After seeing various health challenges in his family and experiencing a maze of fitness programs, nutrition advice, and other confusing services in his own health journey, he decided there had to be a better way. That’s why Healthspan Training was created—to save others from the countless hours of researching, testing, and piecing together training plans and health programs that still don’t feel complete or that just don’t work for your unique goals.
At Healthspan Training, Austin combines his deep expertise in assessment and evaluation with evidence-based exercise, nutrition, and recovery science to build truly integrated plans. He starts by helping you articulate your clearest goals—whether that’s boosting energy, building cardiovascular endurance, or supporting longevity—and then designs a program tailored to your unique life and needs. Every recommendation, from your resistance workouts to your fueling strategy and rest protocols, is rooted in data. You’ll never wonder if you’re on the right track: progress is tracked, insights are delivered, and adjustments happen in real time.
What sets Austin apart is his background in executive coaching. He knows that sustainable change happens through genuine connection and trust. He listens intently to your motivations, honors your challenges, and partners with you to keep you inspired and accountable throughout the transformation of your health.

Outside of coaching, Austin is a lifelong athlete who has lived all over the country after growing up in Wyoming and Colorado. He and his wife, Lauren, share a passion for the outdoors with their daughter, Clara—backpacking, camping, and exploring everything the rocky mountains have to offer. He brings that same spirit of adventure and care to every coaching conversation, inviting you to join him on a path toward greater healthspan and well-being.
