We host a variety of sessions every weekday, in addition to the special events below. Our general hours for appointments and training sessions are:
Monday: 5:30am - 6:30pm
Tuesday: 5:30am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 5:30am - 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30am - 6:30pm
Friday: 5:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 10:30am (FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT)
Sunday : Closed

Come join us for a free community workout hosted by BOLDT Athletics every Saturday! Bring friends, family, and anyone who is interested in joining a fun and energizing event.
Brain-Based Movement Clinic
Two-hour clinic led by Dr. Brent Jenogan and hosted by BOLDT Athletics, designed to reconnect your mind and body through purposeful movement, stability, and awareness.
